These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Junk Removal Job Manager software-as-a-service application and related websites and services (the "Service"), operated by Junk Removal Job Manager ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We may offer a 14-day free trial. No payment card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial your access will be limited until you choose a paid plan. We may modify or discontinue trials at any time.
Paid plans (Starter, Grow, and Pro) are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.
You may cancel at any time from the in-app billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the paid period.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or in violation of any third party's rights; (b) upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data; (c) resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent; (d) reverse engineer or scrape the Service except as permitted by law; or (e) use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited communications.
You retain all rights to the business, customer, job, and financial data you enter into the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents to store and process the personal information of your customers and staff. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, update features, or suspend the Service as needed. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers, including hosting and payment processors.
The Service relies on third parties such as Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email delivery). Your use of those features may be subject to the third parties' own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Service is a business management tool and does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Data, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. You may export Your Data before termination; after a reasonable period we may delete it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes will be the state and federal courts located in California.
